Food was absolutely amazing. The calamari for a starter was so good, and the crab rice and chicken was really tasty. By far the best Thai restaurant I tried so far.
Really good food that felt authentic, efficient and friendly service. It's the O2 and there was an event on, so it was super busy and really loud. I guess they can't help that, but everything else was great! Would definitely come again if I'm in the area.
Steena was lovely and friendly, she made us feel very welcome and her service was excellent. We waiting a long time for some dishes from the kitchen but she kept us updated and apologised for the delay. Her service made our experience better. The food tasted delicious
I had dinner at Busaba today with a friend and had a fantastic experience. We tried the curry rice and beef rice—both dishes were absolutely delicious, full of flavor and beautifully presented. The drinks were just as impressive, refreshing and well-balanced. A special shoutout to Khris for his excellent service—he was attentive, friendly, and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for quality Thai food and great service!
I had Chicken Pad Thai and it was extremely flavorful, the flavours were not overpowering, it was well seasoned. Then I had Thai Calamari, it was not your regular fried and coated in batter type, it was well cooked with fresh herbs and had a sweet kick to it. It was perfect! I loved the ambiance and shared tables but with some level of privacy. Steena was our waitress and she was extremely warm and sweet, she kept checking up on us. I am definitely coming back next month but this time, I will book in advance.
We had a wonderful experience thanks to Kris, He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional throughout the entire meal. His warm personality and excellent service truly enhanced our dining experience. Highly recommend asking for Kris if you’re visiting—he’s outstanding!
I think this restaurant deserves at least a 4 star to 4.5 that is why I rated it 5. The food quality is great, it tasted authentic and delicious. The service was fast although it feels like you cannot feel the presence of the staff when we were there. The atmosphere is okay, too dark for my opinion. I think it deserves more recognition. There are things that can be improved, keep the quality of the food.
